I haven’t been feeling well recently. I’ve put on a lot of weight and haven’t been doing any exercise, for that reason I feel ill many days. Sandra told me last week that you lost a lot of weight during the last few months. Have you got any tips about what I could do? Anything I should avoid? I would really appreciate any help you could give me.

I’m afraid you are feeling bad, but don’t worry I’ll you some advice and you’ll see how good you’ll feel soon.
First of all, you should eat healthy food, a lot of fresh fruit and vegetables, meat, fish… Avoid greasy food like junk food, you know, hamburgers, pizzas, and so on. And of course, drink at least two liters of water every day.
Secondly, practice some sport every day, you can start walking slowly and do it quickly when you start feeling stronger or even run. Another complete sport you can practice is swimming.
